The proposed design search efficiency, balance between built and useful floor areas in social housing standards, flexible utilization of space and maximum number of houses and beds. Industrialized constructing solutions (modular structure, dry wall partitions and modular facilities) are proposed to reduce execution deadlines and improve subsequent maintenance. The structural design achieve optimal modulation for parking spaces and vertical communication cores. |

This frame allow us to build four blocks to complete the squared street surrounded plot. These blocks are organized around vertical communication cores with stairs, elevator and facilities ducts, and provide access to apartments, two per floor. |
The corner block uses a similar communication core including garages´ exhaust ducts, serving also two apartments, designed according to a similar typological scheme: 3 bedrooms homes in typical levels. In ground floor only four apartments with private gardens and in fourth floor two bedrooms homes with large private terraces covered by a pergola. |
