An U-shaped open block proposal to develop a rectangular plot, facing the three surrounding streets and opening a garden courtyard to northern neighborhood plot. |

The housing program is developed by two symmetrical blocks sited on staggered platforms (1,20m. height difference) even with street accesses located at both corners of the plot. Each block equipped with an independent communications core. |

Inside the plot the building 8m.setback allows a pedestrian walk-path garden, provides a fire vehicle access from northern boundary, and permit private gardens for the ground floor apartments and common accessible garden areas and pool as well. |

|
The pedestrian access to entrance halls are located in an open space by the corners, connecting with staircase and corridors in every floor. |
|
|
|
The vehicles access is located in the lowest street level where a double ramp access the two levels basement, including 2 parking spaces per apartment. The garage designed is lightly slope ( 5%) adapted to plot´s topography. The storage rooms are located in the first basement with independent access. |

|
The dark color brick of the ground floor apartment facades and their private gardens generate a building plinth, while horizontal bi-colored brick strips order wrap the building main volumes. The setback attic looks reinforced by the dark facade´s color change. |

Large window protected by louvres and roller blinds for bedroom and living rooms, for these 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms apartments complex, promoted as a private development of Social Residential housing. |
