  The significant different levels in the streets surrounding the plot leads building position design on two terraced areas to provide the ordinance´s heights compliance. We project an open entrance porch, where access control and mailboxes are located, acceding a single stairs and lifts core, as an expansion joint separating the building in two pieces adapted to street level requirements.  
 
  The significant different levels in the streets surrounding the plot leads building position design on two terraced areas to provide the ordinance´s heights compliance. We project an open entrance porch, where access control and mailboxes are located, acceding a single stairs and lifts core, as an expansion joint separating the building in two pieces adapted to street level requirements.  
 
  The main typology unit, a two bedroom apartment, shows a single-facade composition. Wet rooms are grouped to provide an optimal facilities design in a 12 m. width building. The three bedroom type apartments are located at ends. An attic composed by studio apartments with private use terraces are designed for levels 5th and 6th.  
 
  The apartments share vertical identical facilities (kitchen, dry cloth spaces area and bathrooms). The overall result of this typological solution provides a 1-2-3 bedroom apartments proportion to reach the promoting objectives.
