Located in Toledo Mountains, a natural country side environment (oak, cork and jara), meadows, old cork-oaks and olive trees, the house is situated at a mid-slope level, in a meadow´s glade, safeguarding every existing oaks,… facing the best mountain views. |

|
"L" shaped building design, sloping roofs over lying cubic volumes extended by overhang elements; a contemporary architectural image friendly with traditional surrounding countryside housing style, it´s accessed through an entrance courtyard bounded by a low brick wall and the building itself. |

|
The housing program contains an entrance hall connected to kitchen area, living-dining room and library, and a hallway communication with family, service and guest bedrooms. Outdoor covered spaces extension of inner living areas are also accessible from the kitchen. |

|
|
We use traditional local materials such as ceramic roof tiles, clear plastered facades with artisan brick walls wrapping the entrance courtyard. The 410 sqm building is developed in a single level, equipped with 120 sqm of porches and designed through a simple structural modulation for an easy construction work. |
