The proposed design search efficiency, balance between built and useful floor areas in social housing standards, flexible utilization of space and maximum number of houses and beds. Industrialized constructing solutions (modular structure, dry wall partitions and modular facilities) are proposed to reduce execution deadlines and improve subsequent maintenance

This semi-detached houses are designed as a two floor typology, without basement, in order to provide an alternative to typical vertical schemes. The garage and housing volumes are segregated, to create a gardened access area to walk towards the entrance. Because of the double orientation two gardens are created to separate houses from the street, improving public space´s visual perception and reducing street parked vehicles too.

The house is developed around a centered staircase illuminated through a skylight seeking maximum spatial fluidity.

Living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, the hall and a visits toilet, an access gallery in front and an opened one to the back-garden, are located on ground floor. We can access to the garage through the service yard (used as a clothesline area) communicated with the kitchen.

Four double bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in upper level. The large hall is used as a relief area and multi-purpose room.
