| The proposed buildings search mainly efficiency, balance between built and useful floor areas, social housing standards and flexible utilization of space, maximum number of houses and beds. Industrialization solutions (such as modular structural solutions, dry wall partitions and modular facilities) are proposed to reduce execution deadlines and improve subsequent maintenance. | ||
| The vehicle access includes an entrance hall as a waiting area before descending the ramp. Every building is organized through a vertical communications core: stairs, elevator, skylight and vertical conduits for building facilities. | ||
| Two apartments are organized around each core including 1-2 bedroom solutions. Ground floor homes and upper floor´s apartments dispose private terraces. | ||
