The plot is situated in a main cross-road accessing Leganés: an avenue and a pedestrian-playful boulevard to access the city center, where sports facilities are located.

The building emerges as a large information panel, an active advertising display tribute to the old "drive in" cinemas, where Leganés sports and cultural activities will be advertised.

Building´s situation (in the plot) preserves the existing garden and its trees, while a well-facing longitudinal façade optimizes energy sources and natural lighting inside the building.

Our design  looks for a rational development and an economic investment program (540sqm basement floor,  four level building  floors 420sqm each and an covered attic available for facilities and future building extensions).

Roof deck design is based on a optimum inclination plane to integrate the 192 solar panels needed for building swimming pools energy supplies, both thermal (107.000Kcal/h) as photovoltaic (12Kw-18.000Kwh year), as a self-sufficient building based on environmental commitment.
