A rent-apartment building for young people expects unconventional programs and open spaces.

A building where shared spaces acquire importance and diversity to promote coexistence, to value itineraries, walkways, open galleries and porches connecting indoor-outdoor spaces, opened to surrounding landscaped areas.

Eight cubic pieces 13x13 m. release in between this spaces. A visually permeable proposal opposed to large continuous residential facades.

Every apartment ins cross ventilated, opened to exterior and interior courtyards, proposing  a flexible façade solution for natural light control and energy efficiency.

The seven floors longitudinal piece is supported by four legs and two vertical cores opened to access galleries, including small-size typologies and duplex. Four freestanding 4 levels cubic blocks are located in front of it, where three bedroom apartments are located.

A single "access control" distributes walking access to building´s cores through landscaped paths in ground floor. Two closed community rooms, opened porches and commercial spaces complete the ground floor program.

Parking, storerooms and facilities areas are located In the basement.

The building is the result of a 3,18 meters modulation, with large windows protected by movable and retractable louvers (solar regulators), causing a lively random composition in longitudinal facades.

The concrete facade walls, the sliding louvres and window shafts openings according to orientation define the section and its spatial articulation with the isolated cubes.
